QiGong(also known as Chi Gong) is a form of meditation that uses slow, gentle movements and breathing techniques to improve the flow of Chi throughout your body.
What can QiGong do for you?
QiGong helps bring your body into balance. When your body is in balance then anxiety and stress can be reduced, sleeping patterns can be improved and your bodies general health and well-being can be enhanced.
What to wear to a QiGong?
It is important that you feel nice and comfortable during your QiGong session so you should wear what you feel happy in. However, it may be a good idea to wear something loose-fitting.
How long does a QiGong session last?
Our in-person QiGong session will usually last for an hour.
